3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely materials and communication, and adhere to payment terms.

4. Payment Terms

Quotes and invoices will be sent via email. Deposits may be required. Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise specified.

5. Intellectual Property

Clients own the final, paid-for work. I reserve the right to showcase the work in my portfolio. Third-party assets remain under their respective licenses.

6. Revisions & Changes

Reasonable revisions are included. Additional changes outside of scope may be billed separately.

7. Limitation of Liability

I am not liable for third-party service issues, downtime, or business losses resulting from site issues.

8. Termination

Either party may cancel services in writing. Payment is required for completed work up to that point.

9. Use of This Website

Do not copy, misuse, or spam the site or its features.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, United States.
